Ingredients 

1 x Banana 

1 x cup of Coconut Milk

1 x cup of ice

1/2 x teaspoon of Golden Grind 

1 x teaspoon chia seeds

1 x handful of blueberries to pop on top

1/4 x cup of coconut flakes to pop on top

How to make

Pop all ingredients in a blender/Nutribullet and MIX.
