Let your insides shine with this immune boosting blend, bound together with organic brown rice malt syrup. This is a wet sticky chai, rather than a powdered blend. A considered selection of nurturing ingredients, to help reduce inflammation and keep your immune system smiling throughout winter and beyond.
What's in it?
Dandelion - May help in many positive ways to improve and aid your digestive system. Historically it has been used to improve appetite, soothe minor digestive ailments, and possibly help boost immune system.
Chicory Root - type of prebiotic fibre and source of inulin. Use to help boost GUT health. Contains B6 and Magnesium.
Turmeric - Nature's strongest anti-inflammatory, turmeric can help with a wide range of common inflammatory states including aches and pains, liver support, PMS, immune and respiratory support.
Ginger - Ginger can help elevate aches and pains, menstrual cramps, nausea, motion sickness and may increase the body's ability to fight bacteria and disease.
Cinnamon - Cinnamon has shown to lower and improve blood sugar levels, boost metabolism as well as fighting bacteria.
- Add 15gms/1 heaped teaspoon of chai into a saucepan
- Add ⅓ cup of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes
- Add ⅔ cup of soy milk (or milk of choice) and heat gently until the milk is heated through
- Strain into your favourite mug, add sweetener if desired and enjoy!
