Does the Golden Grind blend contain coffee?
No. Golden Grind has nothing to do with coffee!!
Can I use Golden Grind products if I'm pregnant?
Yes - but always consult your healthcare professional prior to use.
Can I be having too much turmeric?
You can always have to much of everything - even water! But it would have to be a lot.

How many Golden Grind beverages do I need to be having to feel the benefits?
One serve is portioned around providing enough turmeric and black pepper per day to help the body absorb and use the turmeric. We recommend at least one, but preferably two serves a day. Remember there are so many ways to use Golden Grind so it doesn't always have to be a latte.
Can I enjoy a Golden Grind latte cold?
You sure can - you just need to mix the blend with warm water to break down the spices. From there, you can add cold milk or ice, if preferred. Or add it to your smoothie. Check this out
Can I use the Golden Grind latte blend in other ways?
Yes! We encourage you to get creative with Golden Grind - you can use it to make bliss balls, face masks, cakes, pancakes, bread, curries, marinades, ice-cream, what you can come up with - Golden Grind will be a delicious addition!

Does the latte blend need honey or sugar added?
The cinnamon provides a delicious natural sweetener, and in the Coconut and Cacao blend, we have added licorice root powder. For a little extra hit, we recommend natural additions, honey, maple or date!
Can children drink our blends?
They sure can! We recommend getting them hooked on golden lattes rather than hot chocolates.
When will my order be shipped?
Given Golden Grind is in stock (we will let you know if it's not) we dispatch within 1-3 business days. Delivery depends on your location but please allow 10 business days before contacting us.
What shipping methods are provided?
All orders are posted via regular post or couriers. Express shipping is not available.
Where do you ship?
Free shipping is include Australia wide for orders over $15. For anywhere else, there is a shipping fee applied when you check out.
Can I request to sign for my package or will it be left by the courier with Authority to Leave?
For all packages sent, it is assumed that you provide the courier Authority to Leave the package in a safe place at your address. If you don't want this to be the case, please leave a note in the field available at your shopping cart.
Will I get a tracking number when I order?
Unfortunately we can't guarantee tracking numbers so please be patient as shipping can take up to 10 business days once dispatched.
Can I collect my order in person?
Unfortunately not.
Where is Golden Grind from?
It's lovingly, hand-packed in Melbourne, with the organic ingredients imported from fair trade farms in India and Sri Lanka.
