Why those ingredients?

How and when to take
We recommend you take 20g (2 tablespoons or 2 Golden Grind spoons) per day for 30 days minimum. It will take the full month to notice the full benefits. The blend can be taken at any stage throughout the day but mornings are recommended.

Lifestyle tips and tricks
Move. Exercise is key to staying less sore and more mobile. The current National recommendations are to do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or do at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity activity.
Stretch, walk, yoga. All of these gentle activities for 20 mins a day can help reduce joint stiffness, inflammation and soreness.
Eat well. A balanced diet of wholefoods, fruit and vegetables, legumes and quality meat if non vegan. Home cooked meals are always best. We love using colours as an easy guide to healthy eating. 5 different colours per meal is a great start.
