Why Those Ingredients
Turmeric is nature’s strongest anti-inflammatory, turmeric is great for everybody to consume, everyday. Research suggests that turmeric might reduce muscle soreness after exercise and reduces the severity of joint pain in moderate to severe cases.
Research shows that taking ginger by mouth can slightly reduce pain in some people with osteoarthritis. There is some evidence that taking ginger by mouth works as well as certain drugs such as ibuprofen and diclofenac for pain in the hip and knee.
Willow bark is most commonly used for pain and fever and in some studies it has been reported to be as effective as aspirin in reducing muscle and joint pain.
Devil's claw contains chemicals that might decrease inflammation and swelling and resulting pain and is proven to help with back pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and other conditions
Green Banana Powder is a great prebiotic and the world's highest quality, resistant starch. Prebiotics feed probiotics (good gut bacteria) and therefore help to keep the digestive tract healthy and happy.
Slippery Elm is high in natural fibre commonly used to soothe heartburn and mild stomach discomfort.
Bacillus Coagulans is an incredibly powerful and natural probiotic. Probiotics instantly contribute to your good bacteria numbers and can therefore have an immediate effect on the efficiency of your gut to work right.
Protein is the essence of all bodily functions and hemp protein is the best natural, vegan, protein we can possibly source. Filled with omegas 3, 6 and 9, high in vitamins A,D,E, hemp protein may boost everything from muscles, cells, skin, organs and blood.
Cashew nuts provide the best sort of “good fats” that our bodies need and want. Healthy heart and weight loss are two of the biggest benefits proven when you take a certain amount of cashew nuts daily.
Monk fruit is full of antioxidants and has been proven to lower blood sugar levels and can help curb sugar cravings immensely.
Why so much
Our research scientists believe in whole, natural ingredients. We don’t manipulate ingredients and we put the maximum amount of the whole ingredient into your blend to ensure for the highest possible efficacy. We add absolutely no additives or nasties and treat all ingredients in the gentlest way possible. Some important nutrients, fibre for example, is best when taken in complete formats.
How much to take
We recommend you take 20g (2 tablespoons) per day for 30 days minimum. It will take the full month to notice the full benefits. This is because our bodies require time to adjust to the nutrients, vitamins, minerals and superfoods included. As much as we wish it was the case, miracles aren’t performed overnight.
The reason we have made a powdered blend over a capsule or any other alternative supplement, is because we believe you need the full amount of what's inside this tin to help your body in the most effective way. Every single ingredient is dosed to perfection and needs to be taken in it's natural and complete format, to maximise its efficacy. We don’t believe in ingredient manipulation or synthetic substitutes.
How to take
Mix into cold or hot water or add to smoothies, protein drinks or juice. Sediment is normal and is a sign of the high fibrous and nutrient dense ingredients. It's important to try and consume the whole 20g. For smoothie recipes click here.

Lifestyle tips & tricks
1. Move. Exercise is key to staying less sore and more mobile. The current National recommendations are to do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or do at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity activity.
2. Stretch, walk, yoga. All of these gentle activities for 20 mins a day can help reduce joint stiffness, inflammation and soreness.
3. Eat well. A balanced diet of whole foods, fruit and vegetables, legumes and quality meat if non vegan. Home cooked meals are always best. We love using colours as an easy guide to healthy eating. 5 different colours per meal is a great start.
