Where are Golden Grind products made? All our products are proudly made in Australia. Are all of Golden Grind's products vegan? Yes, all our products are 100% vegan. We don't include any animal products or test on any animals. How do you best consume Golden Grind products? We have different recommendations for each product. You will find these on each product page.
Free shipping is provided for all orders over $100AUD. For any orders placed under this amount, there is a flat shipping fee of $7 How quickly will an order be shipped after the order is placed? We aim to send every order within 5 working days, although occasionally we experience slight delays. Where does Golden Grind ship? We ship domestically within Australia. For international orders, please get in touch with us at email@example.com Who does Golden Grind ship with? We have partnered with Shippit to allow for 100% Carbon neutral delivery of all of our orders. Shipping engages various courier companies including Couriers Please, FastWay and Australia Post to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Can I collect my order in person? Unfortunately we're not able to provide this service.
Returns and Exchanges
Do we offer returns? If you have any issues with your order or stock you have received, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org If you do wish to return stock, it must be in its original, unopened condition. Do we offer refunds? We don't provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
Can I use Golden Grind products if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding? Yes you can, although we recommend consulting your health care professional prior to any use. Are Golden Grind products suitable for Children? None of our products have been formulated with children in mind, so we do recommend consulting your health care professional prior to sharing with children.
