RECIPE | GOLDEN SCRAMBLED TOFU
GOLDEN TOFU SCRAMBLE
The ultimate breakfast, lunch or dinner!!!
TIME: 15 Minutes
- 250g of firm organic tofu
- 1 tsp Golden Grind Turmeric blend
- 1 Garlic clove grated
- 1 tbls of tapioca flour (helps to bind & coat)
- 1 tbls of Nutritional yeast flakes
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Crumble the tofu into a bowl with your hands
- Add to tofu the Turmeric blend, Tapioca flour, nutritional yeast flakes and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss to cover the mixture.
- Pre heat non-stick fry pan with coconut oil.
- Fry garlic for about 10 seconds and add tofu mixture for about 5 mins until it’s nice and crispy!
- Plate on top of your favourite slice of toast, or some grilled vegetables like Zucchini or sweet potato
- To finish, add your favourite seeds, Chilli freshly sliced and Kale chips if desired.
