High Vibes Gut Health Bowl
This low sugar, antioxidant rich bowl is full of good fats to keep you full and your brain firing! It's packed with protein, pre and probiotics for optimal digestion and gut health!
1 Cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
3/4 Cup of Almond or Plant Based Milk of Chioce
2 Tbs Nut Butter of Choice (our fav is Peanut Butter)
1 Tbs Miso Paste
1 Tbs Chia Seeds
1 Pitter Medjool Date
Combine all ingredients. Blitz in a blender until you reach desired consistency. Add a little extra milk if you want it thinner, and more drinkable like a smoothie. Top with your favourite toppings. We've added Coconut Yoghurt, Coconut Chips, Cacao Nibs and Almond Butter. Delish!
