  • Warm up the waterto a temperature of around 50-55°C (and no more than 60°C) Add Golden Grind and leave to steep for 20-30 minutes. 
  • Remove from pan and leave to cool down for 20-30 minutes, or when the water is lukewarm. Add the lemon and honey and stir until the honey's dissolved. Set aside to cool.
  • Once cooled, funnel the mixture into a bottle with a lid and keep it in the fridge, where it will stay fresh to around 2-3 weeks
  • Drink a shot of this in the morning - about 40 ml / 3 tbsp a shot!
