Mango and Golden Grind Bowl

Simple, delicious, nutritious and great for a balmy summer morning.

Recipe: 

2 frozen bananas
1 mango
1 cup coconut water
1 tsp golden grind
1 tsp baobab
grated ginger
juice of 1/2 lemon

Method: 

Blend all ingredients in a blend/nutribullet until smooth and serve in a bowl. Top with your favourite delights (we recommend berries and a healthy granola)

Enjoy nourishing your inside and taste buds.
